Department of Mathematics and Science
Mathematics & Science Department came into existence since 2013. This Department comprises Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Computer Science. It takes care of foundation courses in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. It also imparts training in Communication skills, basic Computer knowledge, personality development and group discussion. Each Section has its own lab setup and uses its own lab manual. As it is regarded that Mathematics is the language of Physics and Engineering, so the role of the Department is no less than any mainstream Engineering Department.
It has following well established labs…
1) Engineering physics lab.
2) Engineering chemistry lab.
3) Computer lab.
4) Communication language lab.
Course Educational Objectives:

CEO-1 The students will be able to develop logical thinking, analytical & systematic approach towards any problem which is useful in comprehending the principles of all the subjects.
CEO-2 Apply the principles and concepts of Physics for solving various engineering problems.
CEO-3 Apply the basic principles of Chemistry in different aspects connected to engineering field.
CEO-4 To understand and use the basic concepts of communication in an organized set up and social context.
CEO-5 To understand the fundamentals of computer components like hardware, software, operations systems programs languages etc.
